Payment

Rustic Disguise accepts payment by credit and debit card through Paypal. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, Switch, Solo and any other major credit or debit card.

Delivery

Delivery service is FREE

All orders will be dispatched within seven working days of payment if the product is in stock. A signature will be required therefore please ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If there are any issues with your order or if delivery time is expected to be extended, Rustic Disguise will notify you with an expected delivery date. You will also be notified if a product is out of stock and when to expect delivery. Bank holidays and weekends are not counted as working days. Rustic Disguise cannot accept any liability for postal issues or delays.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 30 days of placing it, however if the products have already been delivered to you, it is your responsibility to return them in the appropriate packaged condition or you may not be liable for a refund. Goods should not be returned to Rustic Disguise without prior agreement. Items can also be returned within 30 working days of you receiving goods for refund or exchange. Again, they must be returned in the condition in which they arrived. Postage and packaging costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged in which case, Rustic Disguise will pay postage, packaging and refund OR exchange your purchase.
